The best part was the fact that it was warm and nice there, meanwhile the weather outside was rainy and windy.
Also I really liked the tempo and level of the exercise, I didn’t do anything too much and I think tomorrow will be just fine :)
I finally went out for a run today! It’s been almost two weeks since I last was outside and feel awesome :D 3.82km in 30 min is an improvement I think. :) I did walk a few bits but it’s simply because I couldn’t continue running for some reason, although nothing was hurting. Well well, a Hot Yoga class later today and I am not missing it this time!
